According to a clip shared on social media, a shirtless man approached the driver's seat of a car with its signal on and pulled over. The man with the scissors cursed at the driver, demanded that he get out of the car, and repeatedly hit the car door with his hands. The man then attacked the driver with the scissors, injuring his left hand.
The man continued to curse for a while and then left. The driver received first aid, bandaged his wound and got back in the car to leave.
The incident is said to have occurred in the early afternoon of September 19 on Cong Quynh Street, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward. It is reported that the technology taxi driver, while pulling over to pick up and drop off a passenger, collided with the motorbike of the shirtless man mentioned above, leading to the incident as reflected in the clip.
Local police have stepped in to verify the content of the clip and track down those involved to handle them according to the law.
