Bodies of 2 young men swept away by waves while swimming were found

After many hours of extensive search efforts, at 6:15 a.m. this morning, October 25, authorities and local people found the body of Nguyen Huu Thuy, the second victim in the case of two young men who went missing while swimming at the beach.

As reported by CAND Newspaper, at around 4:55 p.m. the same day, a group of young men including Vuong Ngoc Tien (born 2008), Nguyen Huu Danh (born 2006), Nguyen Huu Thuy (born 2008), Nguyen Huu Dat (born 2008), all residing in Trieu Son village, Xuan Tho commune, Dak Lak province, invited each other to go to the shrimp and fish cage area at Ganh Do beach in An Thanh quarter, Xuan Dai ward to swim.

While bathing, a large wave hit the shore, swept the two victims Nguyen Huu Thuy and Nguyen Huu Dat away, drowning them underwater, causing them to go missing.

Local people and authorities are making efforts to search for the remaining victims.

Immediately after that, the People's Committee of Xuan Dai Ward mobilized the Police, Militia and local people to coordinate with Xuan Dai Border Guard Station, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 9 under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Dak Lak Province Police to deploy a search plan. At 8:15 p.m. on October 24, the first body, Nguyen Huu Dat, was found.

Police, militia, border guards and local people worked hard all night to search for two victims who went missing while swimming at the beach.

At 6:15 this morning (October 25), authorities and local people found the body of Nguyen Huu Thuy, the second victim in the missing incident while swimming at the beach.
