Body of male student found after 2 days missing at Cua Viet beach

On the morning of November 12, the Border Guard Station of Cua Viet Port (Gio Linh District, Quang Tri ) said that they found the body of male student PMH (15 years old, residing in Dong Le Ward, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri) at 7:00 a.m. this morning.

Previously, at 5:00 p.m. on November 10, H. (a student at Che Lan Vien High School, Dong Ha City) and his friends went to Cua Viet beach to play and swim, but unfortunately went missing.

After receiving the news, the Border Guard Station of Cua Viet Port and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Quang Tri Province mobilized many specialized vehicles and dozens of officers and soldiers to urgently go to the scene to organize the search. Together with local people and other functional forces, the search was deployed on a large scale.

This morning, H.'s body was found at sea, about 200 meters from shore and about 200 meters from the accident site.

After discovering it, authorities and local people brought the male student's body to shore and are carrying out procedures to hand it over to his family for funeral arrangements.
