Body of second victim found in flash flood case in Cao Bang

On October 1, Cao Bang Provincial Police informed that the authorities had discovered another male body, a missing victim of a flash flood that occurred in the area of ​​the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Construction Investment Project Management Board, Ban Neng Hamlet, Duc Long Commune. According to the family's confirmation, the victim was Nguyen Viet Truong, born in 2002, from Ba Vi, Hanoi.

Immediately after the flash flood, the Provincial Military Command and Provincial Police mobilized nearly 200 officers, soldiers, militia and vehicles to search for missing victims in the area of ​​the Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Construction Investment Project Management Board.

Up to this point, there is still one missing victim who has not been found, Ms. Dinh Thi Hai (born in 1989), residing in Y Yen, Nam Dinh province (old), now Ninh Binh province.
