Maintain industrial production growth momentum

In the first 4 months of 2025, industrial production nationwide continued its positive growth trend; in which, key industries "scored" impressively.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade , this result was achieved thanks to the flexible, creative and effective management of ministries, branches and localities in removing procedural bottlenecks, helping businesses expand production, and being proactive and responsive when facing difficulties to promote industrial development in each locality and business.

To maintain the growth momentum of industrial production in the coming quarters, economist Nguyen Minh Phong said that, together with the Government, ministries, sectors, and localities, businesses need to actively negotiate with partners to have appropriate tariff levels while sharing risks and unblocking supply chain bottlenecks.
