According to information from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Relief Committee, as of the afternoon of October 27, the Committee has received more than 59.3 billion VND in support of people affected by storm No. 10 in 2025.

As of the afternoon of October 27, more than 59 billion VND had been received to support people affected by storm No. 10.

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to mobilize support for people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10 (Bualoi) and the floods after the storm, on October 6, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province issued a document mobilizing departments, branches, agencies, provincial-level units, civil servants, public employees, workers; economic organizations, enterprises, philanthropists inside and outside the province to join hands, share, and support people in areas affected by storms and floods, so that people can soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. As a result, from September 30, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on October 27, 2025, the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee received a total amount of 59,338,526,742 VND in donations.

The Thanh Hoa Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has notified agencies, organizations, units and individuals in the province to know and continue to participate in support to promptly assist damaged localities.
