Attending the conference were Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son; Mr. Choi Youngsam, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Vietnam; leaders of ministries, branches and representatives of 21 provinces and cities nationwide. The delegation of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province attending the conference was led by Mr. Dinh Cong Su, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, Hoa Binh province hopes to attract investment projects in the following areas: High-tech supporting industry production, high-tech agriculture , processing and preservation of agricultural products, logistics services, tourism, development and training of high-quality human resources. At the same time, seek to expand the consumption of goods, especially OCOP products, the province's key agricultural products and attract Korean tourists to the province.

In recent years, Hoa Binh province has had many cooperative activities with Korean partners. The province has been implementing commitments and agreements signed with Gimje city, Jeollabuk province; Ulju district, Ulsan city, Korea. The Department of Science and Technology of Hoa Binh province has signed a cooperation agreement with the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

In the province, there are currently 17 FDI projects of Korean investors, with a total registered capital of VND 1,726,266 million and 2 ODA projects - Project to connect Hoa Binh province's traffic with the national traffic infrastructure system and Project to provide medical equipment for Lac Thuy District Medical Center.

Hoa Binh is also one of the provinces that has exported goods and products with strengths such as agricultural products to Korea. In 2024, the province exported 24 tons of white sugarcane and over 7.5 tons of pickled chili peppers to Korea. This is a positive signal for local agricultural products, contributing to shifting the crop structure in the province towards commodity production.
