On the afternoon of October 23, a delegation from Quang Ninh province led by Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, came to share and present financial support to Thai Nguyen province to overcome the consequences of floods. Mr. Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended and received the support.

On this occasion, the working delegation of Quang Ninh province presented 4.5 billion VND to support Thai Nguyen province to overcome the consequences of floods and soon stabilize people's lives.

In addition, Quang Ninh province also allocated 500 million VND to directly support the people of Phan Dinh Phung ward, a locality that suffered a lot of damage due to floods, contributing to helping people repair houses, restore production, and stabilize their lives.
