In the history of world diplomacy, the Paris Conference on Vietnam was the longest-lasting conference, lasting four years, from 1968 to 1973. The conference had four heads of delegation, including only one female head of delegation - Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh, Minister of Foreign Affairs - Head of the negotiating delegation of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam at the Paris Conference on Vietnam.

To achieve this historic diplomatic victory, there were contributions and sacrifices from the entire Vietnamese people, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh - one of the representatives of the parties signing the Paris Agreement in 1973 and the only woman to sign this Agreement.
