This is Mr. Xi Jinping's fourth visit to Vietnam as the top leader of the Party and State of China and the second visit during the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Notably, the visit took place during the "Year of Humanitarian Exchange", commemorating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations (1950 - 2025).

During the visit to Vietnam by General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, the two sides are expected to have many important activities and sign many cooperation documents in a range of fields.
