General Secretary To Lam, on behalf of the Party and State, awarded the First Class Labor Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Da Nang city.

On the morning of March 29, General Secretary To Lam attended the ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Da Nang Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 - March 29, 2025) and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang Party Committee (March 28, 1930 - March 28, 2025).

Also attending were Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia; Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Politburo member, Senior General and Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang; Politburo member, Senior General and Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang; Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang; Party Central Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; leaders of provinces and cities across the country.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State, General Secretary To Lam awarded the First Class Labor Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Da Nang city for their outstanding achievements in digital transformation, tourism development, social security, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

Previously, President Luong Cuong signed Decision No. 367/QD-CTN dated March 21, 2025 to award the First Class Labor Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Da Nang city for their outstanding achievements in digital transformation, tourism development, social security, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

On the same morning, before the 50th Anniversary of Da Nang Liberation Day and the 95th Anniversary of the Founding of the Da Nang Party Committee, General Secretary To Lam, together with leaders of the Party, State, Government, Fatherland Front, and leaders of Da Nang city, laid wreaths, offered incense, and commemorated the heroic martyrs at the Da Nang City Memorial on September 2nd Street, Hoa Cuong Bac Ward, Hai Chau District.
