The National Assembly Standing Committee issued a Resolution on personnel work.

In Resolution No. 1865/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved: Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of Lang Son province, transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Lang Son province to the National Assembly Delegation of Son La province.

In Resolution No. 1866/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved: Mr. Le Quoc Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of Dong Thap province, transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Thap province to the National Assembly Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City.

In Resolution No. 1869/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet from the position of Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Son La province.

In Resolution No. 1870/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the election results of Mr. Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, 15th National Assembly delegate to hold the position of Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Son La province.

In Resolution No. 1872/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved: Mr. Le Quang Tung, Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee, National Assembly delegate of Quang Tri province, transferred his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Tri province to the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho city.

In Resolution No. 1873/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to assign Mr. Le Huu Tri, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province to be in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Khanh Hoa province. During his time in charge of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, Mr. Le Huu Tri received a position allowance equal to the allowance of the position of Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province (coefficient 1.25).

In Resolution No. 1874/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the election results of Mr. Lam Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, starting from October 16, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1875/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the election results of Mr. Lu Thanh Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, from October 16, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1876/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the results of the dismissal of Mr. Cha A Cua from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Son La province for the 2021-2026 term from October 18, 2025 to take on other work.

In Resolution No. 1877/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the election results of Mr. Vi Duc Tho, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Son La Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, delegate of the Provincial People's Council, term XV, 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Son La Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, from October 18, 2025.

In Resolution No. 1878/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the results of the dismissal of Mr. Dinh Huu Hoc from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Son province for the 2021-2026 term from October 20, 2025 to take on other work.

In Resolution No. 1879/NQ-UBTVQH15, the National Assembly Standing Committee approved the election results of Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, delegate of the People's Council of Lang Son province, term XVII, 2021 - 2026, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Lang Son province, term 2021 - 2026, from October 20, 2025.
