Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Daily impressed by the innovation and creativity of Nhan Dan Newspaper

On the afternoon of March 24, a delegation of the People's Daily led by Comrade Tran Kien Van, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Editor-in-Chief of the People's Daily, visited and worked at the headquarters of the People's Daily.

Welcoming the delegation of Nhan Dan Daily, comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association affirmed that this visit contributes to further promoting exchange and cooperation activities between the two Party press agencies, enhancing understanding and friendship between the two Parties, two States and people of the two countries.

At the reception, introducing the general features of Nhan Dan Newspaper, comrade Le Quoc Minh said that Nhan Dan Newspaper is affirming its leading position in the country's press system, being a broad forum for the people with the motto "Where there are people, there is Nhan Dan Newspaper".

Nhan Dan Newspaper has constantly modernized both content and form in print, electronic and social platforms to get closer to the people, especially the youth. In recent years, Nhan Dan Newspaper has continuously implemented special information and communication projects to celebrate major national holidays. Nhan Dan Newspaper's innovative and creative products have been widely received by the people and highly appreciated at domestic and international press and communication awards.

For his part, comrade Tran Kien Van said that the role and position of Nhan Dan Daily and Nhan Dan Newspaper in the press and the cause of national construction and development have many similarities. On that basis, the Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Daily expressed his hope that the two Party newspapers will increase the exchange of experience in managing editorial offices and attracting readers in the context of rapid technological and scientific development...

Listening to comrade Le Quoc Minh introduce some typical press products of Nhan Dan Newspaper, comrade Tran Kien Van expressed his impression of the unique products and creative combination of print and electronic newspapers of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

The two Editors-in-Chief agreed that print newspapers still have much potential that can be exploited even in the context of a sharp decline in the number and revenue of print newspapers worldwide.

Exchanging experiences on how to do journalism in the digital age, comrade Le Quoc Minh said that Nhan Dan Newspaper is one of the first press agencies in Vietnam to send reporters abroad for training in artificial intelligence (AI), thereby helping the editorial office to soon apply high technology to content creation.

Recalling his visit to Nhan Dan Daily in 2024, the Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper highly appreciated the modern journalism process and the strong development of Nhan Dan Daily in recent times.

Comrade Tran Kien Van said that Nhan Dan Daily is constantly expanding international cooperation activities and will continue to participate in organizing press and media events in the coming time.

The Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Daily looked forward to the participation of representatives of Nhan Dan Newspaper at these events. The Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper happily accepted the invitation, and expressed his hope that the cooperative relationship between the two press agencies would become increasingly close and effective.
