The Department of Industry and Trade advises the Provincial People's Committee to propose the Ministry of Industry and Trade to issue a suitable plan for the development of the electricity sector, ensuring a stable and safe power supply for the power grid in the province; including regulations related to electricity prices for the purpose of operating electric charging stations and charging prices from electric charging stations, managing investment activities, construction, and installation of electric charging station systems under the management scope according to the roadmap of Plan No. 3587/KH-UBND.

The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to update mechanisms and policies when issued by the Central Government; depending on the actual conditions of the locality, promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to implement preferential policies and support investment in switching to green means of transport to replace vehicles using fossil fuels in the province according to the mechanisms and policies issued by the Central Government.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment advises the Provincial People's Committee on land to develop infrastructure for parking lots and charging stations for green vehicles in the province according to the roadmap of Plan No. 3587/KH-UBND, providing guidance on ensuring environmental sanitation during the construction of a system of electric charging stations, green energy stations and converting vehicles using electricity and green energy.

The Department of Science and Technology advises the Provincial People's Committee to prioritize ordering scientific and technological tasks on development, application and technology transfer, aiming to convert to green means of transport in the province. Guide and implement the National technical regulations on electric vehicle charging stations when issued by the Central Government.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinates with press and media agencies to disseminate to organizations and individuals about the conversion roadmap and benefits of converting vehicles using fossil fuels to vehicles using electricity and green energy according to the roadmap of Plan No. 3587/KH-UBND.
