Major General Ha Nhu Loi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics attended and gave a speech at the opening of the training. Speaking at the opening of the training, Major General Ha Nhu Loi emphasized that the construction and completion of the legal system on military , national defense, and cryptography in general, and the legal system in the military logistics sector and field in particular, plays a very important role, creating a legal basis for effectively implementing the state management work of the Ministry of National Defense, ensuring centralized and unified command and direction of logistics work at all levels. Thereby, improving the quality of logistics work, maintaining and gradually improving the lives and activities of soldiers.
According to Major General Ha Nhu Loi, recently, the General Department of Logistics has directed agencies and units to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units to research, review, and propose to the Ministry of National Defense a program to develop legal documents of the Ministry of National Defense within the scope of the military logistics sector and field and organize the drafting seriously, with quality, and effectively.
The General Department Head regularly directs the review and promptly proposes to competent authorities to amend, supplement, issue new ones, or abolish legal documents in the assigned sectors and fields, ensuring compliance with the current legal system. The work of drafting administrative documents, especially internal legal documents, is of interest to leaders and commanders at all levels in the General Department, leading and directing the implementation in an orderly and effective manner...
Given the importance of document drafting, in order for the training course to be effective, Major General Ha Nhu Loi requested that the Organizing Committee direct and operate to coordinate and cooperate well with relevant agencies and units to organize training in accordance with the program, content, and time; strictly maintain training to ensure exemplary and regular training. Teachers should convey content according to the determined program, the process of exchange and guidance needs to increase evidence, illustrations, and practical connections to help officers and employees participating in the training easily understand, easily remember, grasp the content as required, and apply it well in organization and implementation.
Along with that, the Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics also requested the leaders, commanders of agencies, units, and comrades attending the training to promote the spirit of self-awareness, strictly and fully comply with the regulations of the training course; make good use of the knowledge equipped to continue to consolidate and improve the quality of document drafting in the General Department in the coming time.
According to the plan, during the one-day training, the officers and employees were introduced and guided by representatives of the Legal Department and the Office of the Ministry of National Defense on 3 topics, focusing on basic and core issues in drafting and promulgating legal documents and administrative documents; procedures for receiving, registering, transferring and handling documents, etc.
