The Minister of Finance signed and issued Decision No. 2837/QD-BTC dated August 18, 2025 on organizing the 2026 Economic Census nationwide.
The purpose of the 2026 Economic Census nationwide is to collect information on production and business units to assess the current situation and trends of socio-economic development of the country; as a basis for assessing the situation, building plans and policies for socio-economic development of the Party and State.
Preliminary results are expected to be announced in January 2027 and final results in the third quarter of 2027.
