Indonesian President and Canadian Governor General congratulate President To Lam

Governor General of Canada Mary May Simon, on behalf of all Canadians, sent warm congratulations to President To Lam on the occasion of his new responsibility, affirming that the Vietnam - Canada friendship is increasingly developing, demonstrated through trade and investment growth, close relations between the people of the two countries as well as close cooperation between the two sides in multilateral forums. The Governor General of Canada wished President To Lam success in his new position and believed that the relationship between the two countries will continue to achieve many results. The King of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, sent a congratulatory message to President To Lam. King of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf sent a congratulatory message to President To Lam.
