When talking about long-lasting Vietnamese brands, we cannot help but mention the "legend" Thong Nhat bicycle - a brand that has been deeply ingrained in the collective memory through the familiar slogan: "Think of bicycles - Think of Thong Nhat".

Continuing that journey, 2025 marks the second season of Thong Nhat accompanying the financial education program The Moneyverse. This cooperation not only affirms the brand’s commitment to accompanying the development of generations of Vietnamese people, but also proves that a long-standing brand can still constantly innovate and continue to create modern values.
Since the first season, Thong Nhat has always accompanied The Moneyverse through many activities: from TV broadcasts to extended events such as MoneyTheater, MoneyDay at universities across the country. Not only bringing meaningful gifts to students, the program also co-designed challenges that combine health and intelligence - encouraging students to exercise, maintain an active lifestyle while practicing business thinking.

Real-life challenges – where courage and knowledge are affirmed
In the two recent episodes Tieu and Bao Toan, Thong Nhat Hanoi Joint Stock Company continues to accompany through special practical challenges. With episode Tieu, contestants must face the problem of building a business plan through riding a special limited edition Thong Nhat x The Moneyverse bicycle. A portion of the profits will be used by contestants to do CSR.
The contestants visited Thong Nhat's factory and witnessed the process of creating a finished product. Many were surprised to learn about the strict standards in the production process. Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung - Marketing Director of Thong Nhat shared that Thong Nhat Hanoi Joint Stock Company always aims to localize 100% of the production process to create finished products.

After being divided into 2 teams, the contestants had to go through a series of highly realistic simulation situations. From analyzing customer insights, choosing budget allocation options, communication, distribution, to consulting, closing deals, and customer care. Not only providing material resources, Thong Nhat also sent Mr. Nguyen Tuan Phuong - Director of International Business as a Judge and Advisor. Mr. Tuan Phuong brought many valuable insights and comments to the contestants, helping them adjust their target customer portraits when they were off track.

Spending money is the way to start, but preserving is the way to operate and reach the finish line. The Preservation round brings the challenge of direct sales and revenue optimization for Thong Nhat x The Moneyverse bicycle products. No longer stopping at planning or marketing, this time, the contestants must coordinate the entire chain of operations - from approaching, consulting, persuading to closing orders - like a real business in a competitive market.
The Wise Money team brought the campaign "One rotation - ten thousand trees", with each bike sold contributing 25% of the revenue to the Green Hanoi project. At the sale, the team shared: "The money spent on this bike should not be considered a purchase, but rather an investment in yourself, your wallet and future generations - 0 gas, 0 dust, 100% health." However, the team's strategy is more about pure product promotion and introduction than sales, as commented by Associate Professor Dr. Do Hoai Linh: "Wise Money has not stood in the customer's position to understand what they need."

Meanwhile, Tieu Tinh Te brought the slogan "One Bike - One Future", the team brought a very humane CSR campaign: all profits will be contributed to the "Nurturing Bookcase" project of the Little Heart Foundation, aiming to bring 10,000 books and 15 small libraries to children in difficult circumstances. Not only stopping at the idea, the members also showed strong determination when they allocated their personal funds to give discounts to customers.
The story of Bui Linh Chi (Academy of Finance) - who used her scholarship money to buy a car, then donated it to the school's students and used it for charity trips - made a strong impression on both the judges and the members. It was this spirit of "dare to spend - dare to invest - dare to give" that helped Tieu Tinh Te achieve the KPI of the first 30 orders, convincingly win the Big Bang round and receive an additional 100 million VND bonus for the team fund.

In the special customer care section – where the judges play the role of potential buyers – Tien Thong Thai continued to have difficulty convincing Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, Director of BIDV Ba Chieu branch, due to the lack of a distinctive highlight other than price incentives. On the contrary, Tieu Tinh Te once again affirmed his performance when advising Associate Professor Dr. Do Hoai Linh, continuously emphasizing the CSR message and the spirit of spreading community values.
The way of selling from the heart, connecting profit - social responsibility - and the journey of sustainable development has helped Tieu Tinh Te continue to lead, clearly reflecting the spirit that The Moneyverse and Thong Nhat pursue together: steadfast, persistent and always innovating for the Vietnamese generation.
