The television program "Forever the Triumphant Song" is produced by VTV, under the direction of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The program aims to spread the great significance of the Great Victory of Spring 1975, arouse revolutionary beliefs and ideals, and add inner strength to today's journey of integration and modernization.

The name "Forever the Triumphant Song" expresses the desire to bring a symphony of emotions, where each victory, each sacrifice is a separate sound, blending into the great song of the nation, the immortal triumphal song for the independence, freedom and unity of the nation. That song does not close the past but continues to resonate in the present and the future.

Hosts at the Ho Chi Minh City location are two MCs: BTV Hoai Anh and Duc Bao. Some impressive performances include: Vong co Ky uc (based on Ly Con Sao) with music composed by Tai Tu and lyrics by Thanh Liem, performed by Meritorious Artist Quynh Huong, and Mai Trang dance group; "Imagine" composed by John Lennon, performed by violinist Jmi Ko with the Ho Chi Minh City Children's House; "Tien ve Sai Gon" composed by Luu Huu Phuoc, performed by Phuong Nam choir, students from the Open University, the Industrial University, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Art Center; "Ta vo van di len, oi Viet Nam" composed by Chu Minh, with poetry by Hoang Trung Thong, performed by People's Artist Ta Minh Tam, Meritorious Artist Pham The Vi, and Anh Bang...

Interwoven into the performances are veterans, historical witnesses and documentary films that act as a link. The MCs at each end of the bridge also create connections in the stories told.

Among them, the part where the remains of martyr Kha Van Viet were handed over to his relatives was very emotional. The remains were handed over by American veteran Novello Adolph William. He was not present at the live telecast, but the letter sent earlier was read again.

Fireworks exploded in the sky of Ho Chi Minh City, ending the television program at this location.
