Tay Ninh City: Giving breeding cows to blood donation volunteers in difficult circumstances

Responding to the "Humanitarian Month" in 2025, on the morning of May 28, the Tay Ninh City Red Cross Society coordinated with the local government of Tan Binh commune to organize a ceremony to hand over breeding cows from the "Cow Bank" program to households in difficult circumstances in the area.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the City Red Cross Society and local authorities handed over a breeding cow worth 18 million VND to the family of Ms. Huynh Kim Quyen (born in 1990, residing in Tan Trung hamlet, Tan Binh commune, Tay Ninh city), a member of the Red Cross Society and also a typical humanitarian blood donor volunteer with difficult circumstances in the locality.

Also during this period, the City Red Cross presented 2 breeding cows to members and blood donation volunteers in difficult circumstances in Thanh Tan commune. The total value of the 3 breeding cows presented was 44 million VND, taken from the City's "Cow Bank" program.
