Ho Chi Minh City builds new 25-storey Youth Cultural House

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just approved the project to build the Youth Cultural House at 4 Pham Ngoc Thach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, with a modern scale, including 25 floors, including 4 basements, expected to be completed in 2028.

According to the decision signed by Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong, the land area for the project is approximately 14,344m². The project has a total height to the roof peak of 84.15m, classified as a civil project of group A, level I, with a design life of over 100 years.

The total investment of the project is more than 2,240 billion VND from the city budget, with the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Civil and Industrial Works as the investor.

The project aims to promote the pioneering role of youth in the cause of cultural, educational and social development. The Youth Cultural House will be a place to organize educational , cultural, artistic, sports and volunteer activities, and at the same time a space to train ethics, revolutionary ideals and cultural qualities for the young generation.
