Compared to its predecessor, the vivo X300 Pro has a more square and robust overall appearance with flat edges. The large, circular camera system on the back is a distinctive design feature of the vivo X Series.
The matte finish on the back helps to minimize fingerprints during use. The device is 7.99mm thin with rounded corners, providing a relatively comfortable and secure grip.

The device also supports dust and water resistance with IP68 and IP69 ratings, allowing users to feel more secure when using it in various environmental conditions.
The vivo X300 Pro is equipped with a new generation AMOLED display from BOE, measuring 6.78 inches with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The bezels are uniformly thin on all four sides for a great visual experience.
This screen has a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and can be reduced to a minimum of 1 nit, providing better eye protection when used in low-light environments or at night.

The device integrates a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB storage option. It is equipped with a large 6,510mAh BlueVolt battery using Silicon Anode technology.
The camera system on the vivo X300 Pro has been significantly improved compared to its predecessor. The device is also equipped with the vivo V3+ chip, specifically designed for image processing.
The main camera has a 50MP resolution using the LYT-828 sensor, jointly developed by vivo and Sony. This sensor has a size of 1/1.28 inch and incorporates VCS 3.0 technology for more accurate color reproduction. Meanwhile, the ultra-wide-angle camera has a 50MP resolution using the Samsung JN1 sensor.
The highlight of this camera system lies in its periscope lens with an 85mm focal length. At the heart of the system is a large 1/1.4-inch, 200MP HPB sensor co-developed by vivo and Samsung. This sensor has an f/2.67 aperture, ZEISS T* coating, and ZEISS APO certification.

The entire camera system is equipped with optical image stabilization that meets CIPA 5.5 standards, ensuring clear and stable images even when shooting telephoto at long distances.
The Ultra-Efficient Imaging NPU processor on the Dimensity 9500, jointly developed by vivo and MediaTek, combines with the BlueImage algorithm to help the device focus and track motion more effectively. vivo states that the device can focus and respond to shutter speeds at the millisecond level, increasing tracking stability by over 200% compared to before.
A quick test using portrait mode at five different focal lengths from 24mm to 135mm showed that all five images exhibited good color reproduction, detail, and contrast. Skin tones were reproduced naturally, and facial details were clear and sharp. Even small strands of hair in the edges of the face were accurately identified and not blurred into the subject.

In terms of video recording capabilities, the vivo X300 Pro supports 4K 60fps Portrait Video. Both the main and telephoto cameras support 4K 120fps Dual-Channel EIS, enabling professional Dolby Vision HDR video recording.
Additionally, the camera supports 4K 120fps 10-bit Log recording at all focal lengths and integrates the ACES color processing technology, which helps synchronize colors between devices and post-production software.
The vivo X300 Pro comes pre-installed with OriginOS 6, integrating a variety of AI features developed by the company itself. In addition, this platform supports seamless connectivity with the Apple ecosystem.

The vivo X300 Pro is sold in the Chinese market with a starting price of 5,299 yuan (approximately 19.6 million VND).
This product line is also expected to be available in the Vietnamese market next November. The device will compete directly with several rivals in the same segment such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
