Previously, tourist Klaus Kamphoff (German nationality) visited Da Nang on the AIDA STELLA ship. After finishing the tour , returning to the ship, he discovered that he had forgotten his phone, driver's license, and ID card in the taxi. After that, he contacted the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station (Da Nang Port Border Guard Station) for assistance. At this time, the unit's working group, including Lieutenant Au Hoang Vinh, inspection and supervision officer, and Major Nguyen Van Thong, inspection and supervision officer, Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station, received the information and verified the travel itinerary, realizing that the tourist had booked a Grab car.

The working group proactively contacted the driver to inform and receive the tourist's property. After that, they contacted the driver and promptly returned it. Moved by the enthusiasm and timely support of the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station ( Da Nang Port Border Guard Station), tourist Klaus Kamphoff shared: "When I discovered that I had lost my belongings, I was very worried. I did not expect the Border Guard officers to be able to help me find my property so quickly. I would like to thank the Tien Sa Port Border Guard Station. Vietnam is truly a wonderful country."
