The Steering Committee for Labor Safety and Hygiene has been strengthened, promoting the role of coordination, inspection and supervision throughout all aspects of activities, from training, propaganda to field inspection, handling of violations and rewards.

All production teams are fully retrained from theory to practice, with periodic training and specialized training close to the specific area. 100% of workers sign a commitment to implement the process, comply with regulations and take personal responsibility before the collective. Labor protection equipment, safety belts, ladder trucks, voltage detection equipment, etc. are all strictly inspected and periodically replaced. Safety and hygiene teams are strengthened and operate substantially in each unit, not in formalities.

A typical example can be mentioned at Bac Ha Power Company. During the inspection in April 2025, the entire working team performing medium voltage line repairs in Bac Ha town presented a complete ECP electronic work log, workers were fully equipped with standard safety belts and protective equipment, and had an independent supervisor on duty at the site. These images, although seemingly simple, are contributing to the formation of a serious and responsible construction culture throughout the Company. Mr. Tran Van Thoan, Director of Bac Ha Power Company shared: "We always attach importance to ensuring labor safety. This is not only the responsibility of each individual but also an important factor in protecting the health and lives of all workers, thereby improving work quality and progress".

Along with that, inspection and supervision work has been strengthened with many innovations in methods, focusing on high-risk areas and jobs. Units are required to seriously carry out periodic and unscheduled self-inspections, detect errors early for timely correction. Disciplinary action is strictly implemented, along with rewards and encouragement for groups and individuals who comply well with procedures, regulations and have innovative initiatives in safety work.

In 2025, the Company also pays special attention to ensuring traffic safety for employees while performing their duties.

Along with strictly applying technical measures, PC Lao Cai is promoting the application of technology in safety work, such as field control through images, equipment management through software, and early warning of safety risks through production data analysis.
