Equipping knowledge and improving skills for Farmers' Association officials

On August 14-15, Lam Dong Farmers' Association organized the 2nd training program on professional work of the Association in 2025 with the participation of 124 members of the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee, representatives of wards, communes, towns and affiliated units.

The activity is within the framework of the Executive Committee Conference (expanded) for the 2023 - 2028 term, aiming to equip and update knowledge and skills for the Association's staff, effectively serving the year-end tasks and preparing for congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The training program focuses on key topics such as grassroots Farmers' Association congresses, guidance on entrustment procedures with the Social Policy Bank, helping staff grasp the process and management methods, while enhancing coordination with related sectors and units.

In addition, delegates were also guided in implementing projects under the Farmers Support Fund, focusing on the process of building, appraising, organizing implementation and effectively monitoring capital sources. This is the key content, contributing to promoting the movement of good production and business and developing the collective economy at the grassroots level.

At the end of the training, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association thoroughly grasped the key tasks in the coming time, agreed on the steps to prepare for the Farmers' Association congresses at all levels, and affirmed that regular training will help the Association's staff promote their roles well and meet the work requirements in the new period.
