Exchange of information work experience

At the Conference, the Departments of Information and Communications of Yen Bai and Thua Thien Hue provinces exchanged information on: solutions and experiences in organizing and implementing sub-projects under Project 6 "Communication and information poverty reduction under the National Target Program (NTPP) for sustainable poverty reduction in the period of 2021-2025"; solutions and experiences in implementing and preparing documents for implementing sub-projects under Project 7 "Enhancing capacity and monitoring and evaluating the Program under the NTPP for sustainable poverty reduction in the period of 2021-2025"; experiences in advising and promulgating important mechanisms, policies, and directive documents with consistency to serve digital transformation in the area.

Along with that, the two Departments also discussed and exchanged on the promulgation of the list, economic -technical norms and unit prices of public career services using the State budget in the field of information and communications; experience in building policies to support the activities of the Community Digital Technology Team; policies to support civil servants and public employees in digital transformation.

Through the Conference, many experiences and good practices were raised on digital transformation with solutions to increase the rate of people and businesses using online public services in handling administrative procedures; building databases and shared platforms of the province; models for developing digital economy and digital society; experience in deploying management platforms, interacting with press and media agencies and experience in building and issuing internal processes to serve operations.
