Awarding ceremony of the Photo Contest "Moments of Thousands of Good Deeds for Children Today"

The photo contest "Moments of Thousand Good Deeds of Children Today" is one of the major activities to celebrate the 92nd Anniversary of the Founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2023); 82nd Anniversary of the Founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team (May 15, 1941 - May 15, 2023); 60th Anniversary of the "Thousand Good Deeds" Movement (March 24, 1963 - March 24, 2023).

The contest is organized to discover and introduce creative and meaningful activities; typical examples of children in the "Thousand Good Deeds" movement. At the same time, through the contest, the Organizing Committee hopes to spread to the team members and students to strive together to become "Thousand Good Deeds" Heroes, worthy of being beautiful flowers in the "Thousand Good Deeds" flower garden, contributing to improving the quality of activities and building the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Organization stronger and stronger.

Launched from February 15 to July 25, 2023 in the Young Pioneer and Children's newspapers and the fanpage "The scarves are forever on your shoulders", the contest "Moments of thousands of good deeds for children today" is organized in the form of a photo contest of moments of doing good deeds.

As a result, the Organizing Committee received more than 3,000 photos and photo series from the Youth Union Council of 18 provinces and cities, along with schools and students across the country. The localities with the largest number of submitted entries were: Quang Nam, Binh Duong, Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap, Ninh Thuan.

According to the evaluation of the Organizing Committee of the contest, the entries and photos sent to the Organizing Committee are mostly of good quality, reflecting the true spirit of the movement, doing good work from the smallest things, depending on one's ability.

The jury unanimously selected and awarded prizes to the 36 best works of the contest. Of which, the Special Prize was awarded to the Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union, with a Certificate of Merit from the Central Youth Union Executive Committee and 5 million VND in cash and gifts from the Organizing Committee of the contest.
