Awarding ceremony of LQDOJ CUP 2025 Programming Competition

ĐNO - On the evening of November 14, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted awarded the LQDOJ CUP 2025 Programming Competition to members of the national excellent student team in Information Technology from specialized schools nationwide.

Taking place from September, the competition includes 6 qualifying rounds (5 rounds according to the format of the national excellent student selection exam and 1 round according to the international team selection exam standards) with 560 IT specialized students from 58 specialized high schools.

After the qualifying rounds, 26 contestants continued to enter the final round taking place in Da Nang on November 13 and 14.

After two days of intense and dramatic competition, the organizing committee selected the best contestants to award prizes. In the end, contestant Nguyen Khanh Phuc (Luong Van Tuy High School for the Gifted, Ninh Binh) won the first prize (a prize worth 8 million VND), 2 contestants Nguyen Phu Nhan (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Da Nang City) and Nguyen Ngoc Lan ( Hung Yen High School for the Gifted, Hung Yen) won the second prize (4 million VND/prize).

In addition, the organizing committee awarded 4 third prizes (2 million VND/prize), 8 consolation prizes (1 million VND/prize) and certificates of excellence to the remaining 11 contestants.

The LQDOJ CUP 2025 Programming Competition is for members of the national excellent student team in Information Technology from specialized schools nationwide. The competition is the most important strategic preparation step for candidates to enter the national excellent student exam for the 2025-2026 school year taking place in December 2025.
