Providing support to disabled and orphaned students in difficult circumstances

On the occasion of the new school year 2025-2026, on the afternoon of September 12, at Ha Long ward, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans

(NKT-TMC) Quang Ninh province in collaboration with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association and philanthropists organized the program "Spreading love, lighting up faith", giving sponsorship, scholarships, and bicycles to disabled and orphaned students in difficult circumstances in the province .

Leaders of the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Disabled and Disabled awarded plaques of recognition to departments, branches, businesses, and philanthropists who have made many contributions to the protection of orphaned and disabled students in difficult circumstances in the province.

The Organizing Committee has provided long-term sponsorship to 13 disadvantaged students, of which the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association received support for 10 students with a total amount of 120 million VND. At the same time, 13 scholarships worth from 1.1 million VND to 4.1 million VND were also awarded from the Fund for Vietnamese Children with Disabilities and the Provincial Fund for the Protection of Disabled Children and TMC.

In addition, 10 bicycles (worth 1.8 million VND each) were sent to disadvantaged students in Hong Gai ward and Quang La commune, helping them to go to school more conveniently. The total value of gifts and support given in the program was up to 208.4 million VND.

This is a practical and meaningful activity, responding to the campaign "Linking hands of love for the disabled and disadvantaged in Quang Ninh province" in 2025; thereby demonstrating the spirit of sharing and deep concern of the social community for disadvantaged children, the green buds that need to be given wings with love and trust.

Representatives of the Department of Health , the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Handicapped, the Young Entrepreneurs Association and philanthropists presented bicycles to orphaned students in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the new school year.

The program is a meaningful activity, giving children motivation, joy and confidence on their journey to conquer knowledge and rise up in life.
