Over the years, the Women's Union at all levels has always considered child care as a responsibility and an important task of the Union at all levels. Through that, it has mobilized scholarships and school supplies for poor students in difficult circumstances. The students receiving scholarships are secondary and high school students, each with different circumstances, of which, 15 students are from poor households, 12 students are from near-poor households, 23 students are from economically disadvantaged households, without land for production; some are orphans; or their parents are divorced, living with elderly grandparents who cannot work; or their parents are terminally ill, or in dire straits... The support is to share, encourage, and add motivation and confidence to the children to strive to rise up.
