Awarding the Order of Friendship to the former Governor of Kaluga province (Russia)

On November 4, in Moscow, on behalf of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Vietnamese Ambassador to the Russian Federation Dang Minh Khoi presented the Friendship Medal to Mr. Anatoli Artamonov, Chairman of the Budget and Financial Market Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, former Governor of Kaluga province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi emphasized that the decision of the President of Vietnam to award the Friendship Medal to Mr. Anatoli Artamonov demonstrates the recognition and appreciation of the Vietnamese leaders and people for his active contributions to the development and expansion of cooperation between Kaluga province and Vietnam, contributing practically to deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

As Governor of Kaluga province, as well as in his current position, Mr. Anatoli Artamonov has always been interested in, actively supported and promoted the implementation of TH Group 's investment projects from the very first days.

The Ambassador believes that with the support of Mr. Anatoli Artamonov and the direct leadership of Governor Vladislav Shapsha, Kaluga province will continue to create the most favorable conditions for projects of TH Group, as well as other Vietnamese enterprises investing in the Russian Federation in general and Kaluga province in particular.

Chairman of the Russian Federation Council's Committee on Budget and Financial Markets Anatoli Artamonov thanked the Vietnamese leadership for recognizing his contributions to promoting cooperation between the two countries.

Mr. Anatoli Artamonov said that in the current complex geopolitical conditions, the comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Vietnam is affirmed through active contacts at all levels, in which the Federation Council also pays great attention to cooperation with the Vietnamese National Assembly, exchanging experiences, and coordinating actions at international forums.

Mr. Anatoli Artamonov affirmed that in any position, he always has special affection for Vietnam, is always a close friend of Vietnam and continues to actively contribute to deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

Also on November 4, on the occasion of Russia's National Unity Day, at the Kremlin in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the Order of Friendship, a noble award of the Russian Federation, to Ms. Thai Huong, Hero of Labor of Vietnam, Chairwoman of the TH Group's Strategy Council.

Speaking at the event, Hero of Labor Thai Huong expressed her emotion and happiness when meeting Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin and being honored to receive the noble award of the Russian Federation.

Hero of Labor Thai Huong thanked the Party, State and people of Vietnam for always supporting and creating favorable conditions for TH Group to invest in the Russian Federation, and also thanked President Vladimir Putin, the Government of the Russian Federation and the leadership team of the Russian provinces where TH Group is implementing investment projects.

Ms. Thai Huong said that this award is very valuable to her and she will always cherish, preserve, and vow to further promote the achievements she has made.
