Implementing the Hanoi Convention: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh calls for "5 steps"

Speaking at the High-Level Discussion within the framework of the Opening Ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, the Prime Minister called on countries to join hands in implementing the spirit of "5 steps."

According to the Prime Minister, the spirit of the “Year of Acceleration” will be a call for common action of the times so that the Hanoi Convention will truly become a source of inspiration for global cooperation, trust and common responsibility of humanity in protecting the digital future./.
