At the regimental runway, Lieutenant Pham Van Toan - Platoon Leader of Platoon 1, Company 1, and the new soldiers maintained their formation command training. With the careful guidance of the officers, the new soldiers quickly mastered the movements.
At the infantry combat training ground, Captain Nguyen Hong Khanh - Deputy Commander of Company 2 maintained soldiers practicing shooting and close-range shooting. Soldier Nguyen Huu Loc, Platoon 6, Company 2 shared: "When I was a student, I was familiar with military subjects. In the military environment, being trained by officers in a systematic way, I found the contents very easy to visualize and easy to implement."
Soldier Nguyen Thanh Dat, Platoon 14, Company 4 said, at the beginning of training on the training ground, during the peak of the dry season, high temperature, high training intensity, I felt quite tired, but now I am used to and excited about the infantry combat techniques exercises on the training ground, because it is like meeting the image of my father and brother in the past on the battlefield.
Major Vo Sy Hung - Deputy Battalion Commander of the new soldier training battalion, Regiment 174 said that with the task of training new soldiers, the unit focuses on training content from low to high, from simple to perfect movements. Training officers must not be impatient, rush the process, impose rigid orders or have a harsh attitude when soldiers do not do the movements correctly or properly.
The regiment has increased inspections and commended groups and individuals who have achieved good results. It has promptly reminded and encouraged soldiers who have not performed well. This method has aroused the creativity and responsibility of the cadres, built relationships between cadres and soldiers, and relations between soldiers, united to help each other overcome difficulties and complete tasks well.
After more than 2 months of enlistment, 100% of the new soldiers are mentally secure, strictly follow discipline, and all test results are good or better. The squad leaders promote responsibility to complete their tasks well. We are confident that the training season will bring many outstanding achievements.
