Accordingly, the first prize winning plan has the code AO99 of ICU Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company. The company also chose this plan to implement the next steps of the project. During the implementation process, the consulting unit received the opinions of the Selection Council to study and adjust the plan accordingly.
From August 22-27, Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company organized the Architectural Competition for Hai Duong Trade Center project.
Previously, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province changed the purpose of using 37,129 m2 of land to lease 35,646 m2 of land in Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward (Hai Duong city) to the company to implement the Hai Duong Trade Center project, the lease term is until January 9, 2074. The remaining land area in the traffic corridor is assigned to the People's Committee of Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward to coordinate with the public works land management unit to manage according to regulations.
Hai Duong Trade Center has a total investment of about 1,200 billion VND, providing supermarket business services (retail, product distribution) with a scale of about 5,000 types of products, leasing about 150 booths (for the purpose of business services, entertainment, food and beverage, electronics, etc.). The project is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025.
