Below is the tuition fee of Hanoi University of Pharmacy 2025:
For the general system: Pharmacy applies a tuition fee of 2,760,000 VND/month (27,600,000 VND/school year)
The Pharmaceutical Chemistry major applies a tuition fee of 2,440,000 VND/month (24,400,000 VND/school year).
The tuition fee for Biotechnology and Chemistry is 1,710,000 VND/month (17,100,000 VND/school year).
In case the School changes its level of autonomy, the tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year will be adjusted accordingly according to the School's level of autonomy, not exceeding 2 times the tuition fee ceiling prescribed in Decree 97/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023.
For the Pharmacy training joint program
Phase 1: Study at Hanoi University of Pharmacy.
The estimated tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year is 15,000,000 VND/month (150,000,000 VND/school year). The tuition fee for the following school years may be adjusted to suit the actual training costs but shall not exceed 10% of the previous year's tuition fee and current regulations.
Phase 2: Study at the University of Sydney, Australia. Tuition fees are set by the University of Sydney for the corresponding international student training program. Tuition fees may be adjusted in subsequent years to match actual training costs but not exceeding 5% of the tuition fees of the previous year.
This year, Hanoi University of Pharmacy maintains 4 admission methods, similar to last year, including:
Method 1: Direct admission according to the direct admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training .
Direct admission for candidates who are labor heroes, people's armed forces heroes, national emulation fighters; winners of national and international excellent student competitions, national and international science and technology competitions organized or sent to participate by the Ministry of Education and Training .
The Pharmacy major only considers direct admission for candidates who have won first prizes in national science and technology competitions organized by the Ministry of Education and Training, or have been sent to and won international prizes.
Based on academic records and training requirements, the following groups will be considered for admission: Ethnic minorities with very few people; candidates from 20 poor border and island districts in the Southwest region; high school graduates from poor districts. These candidates must take a year of supplementary education before officially enrolling.
Candidates who are foreigners and have Vietnamese knowledge and proficiency test results that meet the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Training are also eligible.
Method 2: Admission based on combined academic records with SAT certificates (method 2A); academic records for specialized students (method 2B) or British A-level general education certificate (method 2C).
Method 3: Admission based on the results of the 2025 Hanoi University of Science and Technology Thinking Assessment Test. This method only applies to Pharmacy.
This method only applies to Pharmacy. Students need to achieve above 7 points in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry in three years of study. This condition also applies to the method of considering high school graduation exam results in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
How to calculate admission score: Admission score = TSA * 30/100 + Admission conditions (if any) + Converted admission score (if any).
In which, TSA is the result of the thinking assessment test.
Method 4: Admission based on high school graduation exam results in 2025.
How to calculate admission score: Admission score = M1 + M2 + M3 + Admission score (if any) + Converted score (if any).
Candidates applying for admission to Hanoi University of Pharmacy with an international English certificate (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher) will have their total admission score added to the bonus score (converted to a 30-point scale) for all majors applied for with the following scores:
