Accordingly, Tan Trao University announced the Resolution on receiving and appointing comrade Pham Duy Hung, Chief of Office of Hung Vuong University, Phu Tho province as Vice President of Tan Trao University for a term of 5 years from January 17, 2024.

Comrade Pham Duy Hung, born in 1982, is a Doctor of Economics who studied at the University of Goettingen, Federal Republic of Germany. He has worked for many years and held many different positions as a lecturer and leader of faculties and departments at Hung Vuong University and has always excellently completed his assigned tasks, making many contributions to the development of Hung Vuong University as it is today.
