Today (November 18), Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment held a graduation ceremony for the second batch of master's students in the field of natural resources and environment this year. Accordingly, this batch has nearly 90 new master's graduates in the fields of land management and environmental engineering.
Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Quyen awarded certificates of merit to students at the graduation ceremony.
Also at the graduation ceremony, the school awarded certificates of merit to masters with excellent academic achievements.
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Quyen, Principal of the school, said that in the coming time, the school will continue to promote the implementation of training in master's degree programs and plans to train doctoral degrees by 2025. Through postgraduate training programs, the school contributes to the training of high-quality human resources in the field of environmental resources and contributes to the overall development of society.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment is the only public university in the South under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment . Since 2018, the school has started postgraduate training with two majors: land management and environmental engineering. Up to now, the school has expanded its postgraduate training scale to 5 majors, 660 students. Of which, 3 newly opened majors include: natural resources and environmental management, geodesy and cartography, and information technology.
