Today (August 18), the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced the 2024 admission scores.

In which, the medical industry has 3 standard scores according to different admission methods. In which, the method of considering high school graduation exam scores takes 27.8 points; Admission based on high school graduation exam results combined with preliminary selection of international English certificates takes 26.95 points; SAT exam takes 1,500 points.

The selection method is as follows:

• High School: Admission based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam.
• CCTA: Admission based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam combined with preliminary selection of international English certificates.
• SAT: Admission based on SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) results.
• Prep: College Prep

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, after knowing the admission score, successful candidates must confirm their admission online on the general admission system of the Ministry of Education and Training no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 27. At the same time, candidates must go directly to the universities to complete the admission procedures according to the time frames specified by each university. From August 28, universities with remaining enrollment quotas will announce additional admission rounds.
