According to Thanh Nien , at around 7:00 p.m. on May 13, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha solemnly held a procession of Buddha's relics through the central streets of Hoan Kiem District such as: Ly Thuong Kiet - Hang Bai - Dinh Tien Hoang - Le Thai To - Ba Trieu... then returned to Quan Su Pagoda.
Thousands of people shouted " Peace to the world!" when Buddha's relics left Quan Su Pagoda on the evening of May 13.

The Buddha relic procession was held solemnly, in a sacred and respectful atmosphere, attracting thousands of Buddhists and people to attend, showing deep respect for the Buddha and spreading the message of compassion and peace to the community.
Notably, when the procession began, the Buddha's relics were brought out of the main hall of Quan Su Pagoda, thousands of people outside continuously shouted the four words "Peace to the world!".
In addition, the image of some people and Buddhists kneeling respectfully to pay homage and show their respect as the Buddha's relics passed by also moved many people.

Previously, to ensure the procession of Buddha's relics through the central streets of Hoan Kiem District, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on May 13, the Hanoi Traffic Police force restricted vehicles on the following streets and routes: Ly Thuong Kiet (from Phan Boi Chau to Hang Bai), Hang Bai, Dinh Tien Hoang, Le Thai To and Ba Trieu (from Hang Khay to Ly Thuong Kiet).
From May 14 to 16, Buddha's relics will be displayed on the first floor of Quan Su Pagoda's hall for Buddhists and people from all over to come and worship.
The organizers request that people maintain absolute order, do not film, take photos, or make offerings. Children under 2 years old and people wearing inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to enter the worship area.
Monks, Buddhists, locals and tourists do not need to register in advance. However, people should be happy, take their seats and not jostle when worshipping.
