Exchange of outstanding ethnic minority students in the Southern region

(PLVN) - On May 29-31, in Can Tho City, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Can Tho City to organize the 9th Exchange Program for outstanding ethnic minority students of Cultural, Sports and Tourism schools in the Southern region in 2025 with many unique and meaningful activities.

This is a typical cultural event held periodically to encourage the spirit of learning and training of ethnic minority students studying at training facilities of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the Southern region. This event is not only an opportunity for students to strengthen solidarity, but also an opportunity for them to understand more about the cultural identity of the community. From there, it nurtures in them a love for their homeland, enhances national pride, fosters the will to strive to contribute to building a unified Vietnam in diversity - strength - power - autonomy, proudly entering the new era.

The exchange program always receives strong response from ethnic minority students in the Southern region.

The program has the participation of more than 200 ethnic minority students from 12 training institutions of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the Southern region such as: Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture; Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts; Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports; Ho Chi Minh City University of Theater and Cinema; Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music... The program has many meaningful activities such as: Incense offering ceremony at Hung King Temple; Competitions (camp gate, sports, art performances); Exchange Program; Campfire Program; Returning to the Source Program...
