Established in the early 19th century, Thuan Hung communal house is located in Thuan Hung ward, with an area of over 1,000 m². The communal house was built in the shape of the letter "Nhất", including the following items: gate, pavilion, main hall and small shrine. The architecture is characterized by multi-layered roofs, frescoes and Han Nom poems in the style of "nhất thi nhất hoa"; along with a system of wooden trusses connected by traditional mortise and tenon joints, reflecting the skillful techniques of ancient artisans.
