According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on the morning of May 30, in the Northwest and North Central regions, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall from 15-30mm, locally over 80mm.

Warning of risk of heavy localized rain (>80mm/3h).

In addition, in the early morning and morning of May 30, in the Northern Delta region, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, with some places having moderate rain and heavy rain over 50mm.

During the day and night of May 30, in the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10-30mm, locally over 50mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening).

From the afternoon of May 30, heavy rain in the Northwest and North Central regions tends to decrease.

Thunderstorms may contain tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds.

Regarding the weather at sea, the Hydrometeorological Agency forecasts that on the day and night of May 30, in the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa archipelago), the Central and South East Sea area (including Truong Sa archipelago) will have showers and thunderstorms.

During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind level 6-7 and waves over 2.5m high.

In addition, on the day and night of May 30, the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau , the sea area west of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa archipelago) will have strong southwest winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8; waves from 1.0-2.0m high; rough seas.

All vessels operating in the above areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

Thanh Hoa - Hue

In the North, it is cloudy with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in the morning, and very heavy rain in some places; later, there will be rain in some places. In the South, it is cloudy with sunny days and scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening and at night. Light wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Da Nang - Binh Thuan

Cloudy, sunny during the day, showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night. Southwest wind level 2-3.

Southern Vietnam

Cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening). Southwest wind level 2-3. Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees Celsius.

Highest temperature: 30-33 degrees Celsius, some places above 33 degrees Celsius.
