(PLVN) - Hai Phong City Party Committee has just decided to establish a Standing Unit to receive, guide, and answer questions, proposals, and recommendations in the implementation of the arrangement and organization of administrative apparatus and units at all levels and the construction of a 2-level local government model (hereinafter referred to as the Standing Unit).

According to Decision 1869-QD/TU of Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Member of City Party Committee, Chief of Office of City Party Committee is the Head of the Team. Deputy Heads of the Team include Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board and Mr. Hoang Van Duc, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, along with 06 members.

The Standing Unit is responsible for advising the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to lead, direct, and promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising in the process of reorganizing the apparatus, ensuring that the two-level local government organization operates smoothly on schedule and with quality.

Along with that, the Standing Unit directly receives, guides, and answers the contents, proposals, and recommendations of agencies, units, and localities reflecting on the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at district and commune levels and the construction of a 2-level local government organization model; grasps and proactively resolves the contents according to its authority; synthesizes and reports to competent authorities for consideration, resolution, or appropriate adjustment, so as not to affect the overall progress.

The Standing Unit proactively requests agencies, units and localities to promptly guide and respond to the contents, proposals and recommendations of agencies, units and localities according to assigned functions, tasks and authorities.

The Office of the City Party Committee is the Standing Body of the Standing Unit; members of the Standing Unit work part-time, performing tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

The Standing Unit operates until the end of October 2025 and will dissolve itself upon completion of its mission.
