This is the sharing of Mr. Tran Ngoc Tu, Head of the Electricity Purchase and Sale Inspection and Supervision Department (KTGSMBĐ), Thanh Hoa Electricity Company, one of the typical advanced examples in the 2020-2025 period of the Northern Power Corporation.

Among them, Mr. Tran Ngoc Tu - Head of KTGSMBD Department is a prominent person with more than 35 years of dedication to the electricity industry.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Tu chaired the meeting of the Electricity Purchase and Sale Supervision and Inspection Department.

Accordingly, from July 1990 to February 20, 2020, Mr. Tu went through positions from worker to specialist of the Company's department, Director of Electricity, Head of KTGSMBD Department, throughout that process he always tried to learn to improve his expertise. Coming from a family with tradition and having a childhood affected by war, he has formed perseverance, not afraid of difficulties, hardships, always complying with the organization's assignment. At work, he promotes the spirit of solidarity, effective coordination, proactively proposes solutions to overcome limitations, reduce errors and actively applies new technology to improve labor efficiency.

As Head of KTGSMBĐ Department, he plays a key role in advising the Board of Directors to direct the inspection, supervision and handling of violations in electricity usage throughout the Company. Not only working through documents, he also regularly goes directly to the field, inspects and surveys to promptly detect and handle violations, ensuring publicity and transparency.

As the leader of a specialized department, he focuses on building a united, disciplined but flexible team. He understands the capacity of each staff member to assign tasks appropriately, and is always close to, instructs and shares experiences with young staff to develop in a professional environment.

He regularly updates his professional knowledge, researches new technologies, advanced measurement systems and proposes technical solutions to improve production and business efficiency. For him, learning is a lifelong journey, helping cadres adapt to the constant changes of the industry.

During that time, he always showed the image of a dedicated, responsible, and close-knit leader. Not only is he good at his profession, he is also a source of inspiration, uniting the collective with his decisiveness and understanding. Not only is he good at management, Mr. Tu also has an innovative and creative mindset. He is the author of many effective technical improvement initiatives such as: "Standardizing measurement point information on remote measurement software according to loss trees", "Standardizing station codes for customers with transformer stations" (2022) and "Solutions to prevent power loss through medium voltage metering systems" (2023). These initiatives have been widely applied, helping to reduce losses and improve management efficiency.

Mr. Tu shared his experience in the work of inspecting and supervising electricity trading during the meeting and working session with the delegation of Southern Power Corporation.

He is one of ten typical faces honored at the 2020-2025 Advanced Model Conference of the Northern Power Corporation to be held soon.
