"When I became a chef, I started training to compete in professional bodybuilding. If I wanted to achieve the best results, I had to abstain from eating. Every day, facing delicious food without being able to try it was a big challenge. Sometimes I couldn't control myself and broke the rules to eat a little bit, but it didn't affect my muscles much. What I felt most uncomfortable about working as a chef was that it took up too much time. Some days, I had to work overtime for 12 hours," Khoa said.
For many years, Viet Khoa has maintained a 4-hour exercise regimen every day.

Although he was a chef, exposed to and made a lot of delicious food, Khoa was very good at dieting, had a very strong will. Khoa is an easy-going person, very receptive and always strives to achieve his goals".
