Therefore, on June 21, 1925, while secretly conducting revolutionary activities in Guangzhou province (China), Nguyen Ai Quoc - Ho Chi Minh founded the Thanh Nien newspaper, as the mouthpiece of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association. This event also laid the foundation for a new press - the Vietnamese Revolutionary press, the predecessor of the current Party newspapers and the national press system.

In the past, to know domestic and international news, people had to buy printed newspapers, listen to the radio, watch TV. Nowadays, besides those media channels, people only need to own a smartphone with internet connection to be able to access all news on Facebook and other social platforms such as: YouTube, Tiktok, Zalo... Information is therefore quick, timely, and spread at an unprecedented speed.

However, the downside of social networks is that there is information that is not true, unverified or exaggerated to attract viewers, page likes, causing confusion, misunderstanding and complicating society. Therefore, revolutionary press - the official newspapers still play a leading role, with the task of adjusting public opinion, orienting ideology, stabilizing social order, helping people live and work according to the constitution and law, believing in good and kind things to guide people to a life of material prosperity, wealth and spiritual beauty.

As the newspaper of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong province, Hai Duong newspaper always firmly grasps the motto "serving the people" of the Vietnamese revolutionary press, closely following the core mission requirements: theory and orientation on the ideological, political, economic, cultural and social fronts. With innovative thinking, Hai Duong newspaper increasingly improves the quality of information and the form of publications, with rich content, information updated quickly, multi-dimensionally, presented beautifully, neatly and easy to understand.
