The head office of Social Insurance Region XXVIII is at 219 Ha Huy Giap Street, Trung Dung Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. Facility 2 is at 108A Ha Huy Giap Street, Trung Dung Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province (Department of receiving documents and returning administrative procedure results).
The organizational structure of the XXVIII Social Insurance has 8 departments including: Collection management and participant development; Social insurance regime; Health insurance regime; Planning - finance; Inspection - examination; Organization - administration; Propaganda and participant support; Information technology and digital transformation.
For Social Insurance of districts and cities under Social Insurance Region XXVIII, they will continue to perform the tasks and powers of district-level Social Insurance in the management area until the competent authority decides to rearrange them to suit the commune-level administrative unit.
Reporting at a recent working session with leaders of Vietnam Social Security, Director of Social Security Region XXVIII Pham Minh Thanh said that recently, Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc Social Security have implemented the settlement of leave regimes and policies according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of organizational arrangement of the political system and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of organizational arrangement of the political system for 27 cadres and workers (Dong Nai 11 people, Binh Phuoc 16 people). At the same time, review and complete the documents submitted to Vietnam Social Security for 5 civil servants and employees who retired early or quit their jobs from June 1, 2025.
Also from June 1, 40 officials and contract workers of Binh Phuoc Social Insurance will come to take up their duties at Social Insurance Region XXVIII.
