From November 10 to 15: Vietnam - China International Trade Fair takes place in Lao Cai province

The Vietnam - China International Trade Fair (Lao Cai) 2023 is an activity within the national trade promotion program and is the 23rd fair held annually alternately between Lao Cai province, Vietnam and Yunnan province, China under the agreement signed between the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam) and the People's Government of Yunnan province, China. Each fair has contributed to promoting economic, trade, tourism and investment cooperation between the two countries.

The 2023 fair will be held at Kim Thanh Exhibition Center, Duyen Hai Ward, Lao Cai City with the theme "Promoting the role of bridging Lao Cai and Yunnan - Promoting comprehensive cooperation and sustainable development". The event will have a scale of 600-700 booths, including 224 booths of enterprises from Vietnam, China, and other countries and territories.

The fair mainly displays, introduces, advertises and promotes products with many strengths of both sides such as: agriculture, forestry, seafood, food, medicinal materials; machinery, equipment, raw materials, chemicals, construction materials; electronics, refrigeration, household electrical appliances, household appliances; footwear; consumer goods; wooden household furniture, handicrafts... and introduces and promotes investment projects, products, and tourist tours on the economic corridor "Kunming - Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh" and other provinces and cities in the country.

On the sidelines of the fair, there were also a number of events such as: Economic and trade cooperation talks between Lao Cai (Vietnam) and Yunnan (China); a forum to discuss investment attraction policies and logistics activities, import and export between Vietnam and China; a trade conference between Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises...

Delegates and businesses from Tay Ninh will participate in the fair and sideline activities of the event. This is an opportunity for localities, associations, industries and businesses of Vietnam in general and Tay Ninh in particular to promote and consume products, seek partners to expand markets and develop production and business.
