Tan Chau: Inspection of private medical facilities

On the morning of May 28, the interdisciplinary inspection team of Tan Chau district organized an inspection of private medical facilities in the area.

The team inspected a pharmacy.

The delegation inspected 3 establishments: a pharmacy, a dental clinic and a cosmetic tattoo establishment. The inspection contents included: business registration certificate, practice license, personnel, price list, medical equipment conditions, etc.

Through inspection, the delegation noted that the facilities still had some violations such as: the pharmacy did not publicly post the practice certificate and the certificate of eligibility for business; one facility could not present relevant documents; one facility posted an advertisement board that did not match the issued certificate and business registration content...

At the inspection sites, the delegation disseminated information, reminded, made records and requested the establishments to correct the violations; at the same time, requested the closure of establishments that could not provide relevant legal documents until the establishments provided them in full.

The team inspected a dental facility.

The inspection aims to strengthen state management in compliance with the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, the Law on Pharmacy and regulations of the Ministry of Health for private medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic establishments in Tan Chau district.
