Kim Son Youth launches Youth Month 2024

On the morning of March 5, at Kim Son B High School, the District Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Kim Son district held a ceremony to launch Youth Month 2024. Attending were leaders of the Provincial Youth Union, Kim Son district and more than 1,000 union members and youth in the district.

At the ceremony, Kim Son District Youth Union launched Youth Month 2024 with the theme "Kim Son Youth volunteering for community life", with 4 weeks of thematic activities, 5 main task groups and 10 basic targets, orienting many practical youth contents, projects and tasks.

Including organizing peak action days such as: Volunteering to join hands to build new countryside, civilized urban areas; Green Sunday; Happy and healthy Children's Day, Stepping up to the Youth Union, Youth Union member day.

At the same time, continue to replicate models: Public wifi points and Digital libraries, Youth tree rows, Lighting up the countryside roads... along with social security activities, caring for team members, youth union members and vulnerable groups in the district.

Kim Son Youth launches Youth Month 2024 — The Vietnam Youth Union of Kim Son district inaugurated and handed over the project of a bright-green-clean-beautiful-civilized-safe road in hamlet 1, Kim Dinh commune.

During the launching ceremony, the leaders of the District Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Kim Son district presented a symbolic plaque to support the construction of Red Scarf houses for disadvantaged team members of Kim Trung commune, worth 50 million VND; coordinated with benefactors to present 10 gifts to disadvantaged students of Kim Son B High School and presented 10 gifts to former Youth Volunteers, former Union officials, meritorious people, and the elderly of Nhu Hoa commune.

After the ceremony, the District Youth Union and the Vietnam Youth Union of Kim Son district organized response activities such as: Inauguration of the Bright-Green-Clean-Beautiful-Civilized-Safe Road Project in Hamlet 1, Kim Dinh Commune; Health examination, consultation and free medicine distribution for the poor, policy families, and elderly party members at the Nhu Hoa Commune Health Station; organizing propaganda on ensuring security, order, and traffic safety for students...

The works and tasks on the first day of Youth Month 2024 of Kim Son youth have a total value of more than 100 million VND.
